LinCA’s mission is to support organisations providing domiciliary care, end of life care, support with learning disabilities and mental health, nursing homes, residential care homes, and supported living within the independent and voluntary sectors in Lincolnshire.

We’re here to support providers to deliver better care across the county and to give a voice to our members, both locally and nationally.

We play a key role in promoting a positive image of the care sector, ensuring there is quality and choice in the provision of care services across Lincolnshire.
